Out of curiosity I asked ChatGPT a question. I asked ChatGPT: What do you know about me?

I did not expect much from ChatGPT. I thought ChatGPT would give an answer.. Chatgpt gave me a surprising answer. ChatGPT said I am someone who likes things. It said I am a person who likes calligraphy and journaling. I like to express myself in that way.

It also said I like to make people feel safe and help them heal. I like to create spaces where people can feel comfortable. It even talked about my dreams. ChatGPT said I want to build a brand and help people with art. I want to live a life that feels right not rushed.

Then I asked ChatGPT to make a picture of all that. When I saw the picture I stopped. The illustration was not a picture. It felt like a mirror. It showed what I do, who I am becoming.

The illustration had colors and calm energy, had details that showed my love for creativity and thinking about my life. It felt like someone understood me in a way I did not expect from a computer.

It made me think about my life.

Sometimes we are so busy or distracted that we forget to think about ourselves. We do things. Try to achieve things but we do not stop to think: who am I becoming?

That moment reminded me that understanding myself does not always come from events. Sometimes it comes from thoughts. It can come from places like a conversation. ChatGPT only knows what I tell it and puts together things I say, the ideas I express.

Maybe that is the point. ChatGPT shows me the version of myself that I have been showing, even when I was not aware of it. Maybe we all need to think about ourselves like that sometimes. Not to decide who we are but to remind us of what is already there.

So here is a thought: If something could describe you based on your thoughts and your words and your actions. What would it say about you? More importantly would you recognize yourself in what it says about you? ✨

The prompt that I used: Becoming the best version of me, one brave step at a time. Gather everything you know about me from our conversations and create an infographic. Do it in a cartoon anime style, use my photo as reference.

Reflect my strengths, future goals, fashion style, healing journey, my big dreams, solo traveler, soft spots, book lover, daily reminder to my self, weaknesses, philosophy, and quirks.

And here’s the illustration generated:
